Careful handling of personal data.
HaDennis BV processes personal data only for clear business purposes. This statement explains what we process, why and what rights you have.
Data and purposes
The contact form processes your name, organisation, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message solely to receive and answer your request. For quotations, assignments and business relations we may also process correspondence, agreements, project and invoicing information for project management, communication, administration and legal obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations or pursue our legitimate interests in normal business communication, website security and sound administration.
Contact form
The form sends data through Google Apps Script to HaDennis BV's Google Workspace environment. The sender receives a limited automatic acknowledgement without the full message text.
Retention
Contact enquiries without follow-up are retained for no more than twelve months after the last contact. Relevant customer and project records are kept only as long as necessary. Tax records are generally retained for seven years.
Service providers and transfers
OpenAI provides website hosting and Google provides Apps Script and Workspace. These international providers may process data outside the EEA, using appropriate safeguards where required. Data is not sold or provided to third parties for their own advertising.
Cookies
hadennis.com currently uses no Google Analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or comparable visitor analytics. Only technologies required to operate and secure the website and contact form are used.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, or object to processing, by emailing privacy@hadennis.com. We normally respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The current statement is always available at hadennis.com/en/privacy.
